Scott Munro - Business Owner
Scott Munro is a retired Foreign Service Officer, having served more than 40 years as a Management Consular Officer, of which more than 30 years were spent abroad. Scott started E & S after driving by his own home in Orleans, on his return from his posting in Hong Kong. There were tires on the lawn, the gate was off its hinges, the drapes were askew in the windows and the grass had not been cut since the snow melted four months before. He created E and S Management Services Ltd. to manage the portfolio of investment properties that he and his wife Elaine had acquired over the years. The company was set up to provide the service they wish they had received for their properties during their many postings abroad. It was not long before friends and former colleagues were calling and asking E & S to take on their properties. Scott’s wife Elaine is the silent partner in the business, and the “E” in E & S. Jozsef Petroczi - Associate
Jozsef is very knowledgeable with homes and contractors. His role in the company is very valuable. He conducts semi-annual inspections and reports, allowing owners to ensure their home is cared for. Exterior inspections are done on a monthly basis, and include a photograph of the property. In addition to this, two weekly inspections during the heating season and one weekly inspection during the summer are done for vacant properties. Jozsef also visits new properties and takes photographs for posting new vacancies on multiple websites. He co-ordinates the contractors for repairs on properties, liaises with the contractors, the landlords and the tenants. He corresponds with the home owners, updating them on their properties and obtains approval for any major renovations required. Jozsef provides mail and rent pick up when needed.
