Property Owners Services:
-
Monthly drive by inspections of occupied properties;
-
Two weekly inspections during the heating season and one weekly inspection during the summer for vacant properties;

Monthly financial statements of the property;
-
Preparation of Annual Financial Statements;

Project Management;
-
Bi-annual check of smoke and carbon monoxide sensors;
-
Vetting of potential tenants, including credit checks and references;
-
Preparation of lease agreements and the collections of rent;
-
Collection and payment of withholding tax for Non Resident Canadian landlords;
-
Semi-annual inspections to ensure all household systems are functioning properly;
-
Liaison with the condominium association regarding landlord concerns;
-
And representing the landlord of the Landlord Tenant Board in disputes with the tenant.
