   Property Owners Services:

  • Monthly drive by inspections of occupied properties;

  • Two weekly inspections during the heating season and one weekly inspection during the summer for vacant properties;

  • Monthly financial statements of the property;

  • Preparation of Annual Financial Statements;

  • Project Management;

  • Bi-annual check of smoke and carbon monoxide sensors;

  • Vetting of potential tenants, including credit checks and references;

  • Preparation of lease agreements and the collections of rent;

  • Collection and payment of withholding tax for Non Resident Canadian landlords;

  • Semi-annual inspections to ensure all household systems are functioning properly;

  • Liaison with the condominium association regarding landlord concerns;

  • And representing the landlord of the Landlord Tenant Board in disputes with the tenant.
